Equipment
Between the furnace and AC, it’s important to choose the best efficiency that fits your budget.
Higher efficiency appliances are typically more expensive to purchase, but will be more cost effective over time.
Low efficiency equipment is cheaper to purchase, but typically costs more to run over time.
Vent Layout
In older homes, sometimes the number or position of air vents is suboptimal. This is often noticed by homeowners, as some rooms in the house are frequently too warm or too cool during extreme seasons. We can mitigate most if not all of the temperature differences by adjusting vent sizing, number and location, in addition to correcting duct and/or equipment size, among other things.
Duct
Depending on the extent of the remodel, existing ductwork might need to be altered or replaced altogether. Any duct we replace will be sized correctly and provide proper distribution or intake of air.
Mini-Split
An increasingly favored choice among homeowners, mini-splits are a more precise way to provide climate control. Able to deliver warm or cool air on demand, this all-in-one solution is popularly used in areas with relatively small square footages, such as bedrooms, garages, or sheds. Because of the customizable nature of these types of systems, individual pricing is highly variable.
